Our co-founder Travis' in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector and landowner payments previously saw him working with one the UK’s leading renewable energy generators, during which time he oversaw compliance and Freccia felt there was a need for greater transparency between site operators and landowners and in 2014 Accounting for Energy was born.
Now the UKs leading renewable site payment specialists, Accounting for Energy have carried out several hundred audits for landowners across landfill sites, wind farms, and hydro power stations.
We work with landowners throughout the UK to ensure they are receiving fair and accurate land rent payments. Underpayments are not uncommon, even when being managed by an accountant or agent.
We have identified underpayments in 75% of the land rent audits we have undertaken; and have a 98% success rate in recovering underpayments.
