Founded in 2012 by Tad Ostrowski, experienced senior in-house counsel, who believed there was an opportunity to provide a new kind of legal service for businesses.

Having instructed many external lawyers over the years, he wanted to build a commercial law firm with a team of lawyers who

• could see the big picture and really understood the business drivers behind the need for legal advice;
• helped to get the deal done;
• were proactive in suggesting improvements and efficiencies;
• kept the client well informed – even with bad news;
• took a modern approach to pricing; and
• thought about more than the law when advising clients.

To deliver this modern service, our recruitment strategy is focused as much on attracting experienced lawyers with the right personalities as well as strong legal credentials. We are building a team of highly experienced business lawyers, with a track record of working in-house within modern, fast growing, international businesses.
