Source Group provides specialist recruitment, waiting list management and software solutions that lead to sustained, tangible change. Having worked in, and with, the NHS for years, we know the value of having specialists who work as trusted partners, not just transactional suppliers. So we focus on creating flexible, sustainable and pragmatic solutions in collaboration with our clients to build lasting internal knowledge, resource and capability. Our dedicated team have over 30 years’ NHS knowledge and experience as well as experience working in numerous trusts in a range of clinical and non-clinical roles.

Our five divisions provide flexible health and social care recruitment solutions and project teams; RTT, data quality and patient waiting list management services; classroom and online learning; and cloud-based business intelligence and data analysis dashboards and software.

Our divisions include:

• Source Recruit - providing flexible recruitment solutions, business intelligence and information management specialists or outcome-based project teams into healthcare/NHS and commercial markets.

• Source RTT - delivering end-to-end referral to treatment (RTT), data quality and patient waiting list management services to the NHS.

• Source Migrate – working with clients to minimise the impact of PAS/EPR migrations on data quality and safeguard patient safety

• Source Apps - providing cloud-based business intelligence and data analysis applications to enable effective decision-making and performance monitoring for both the secondary/acute and commissioning/primary care sectors.

• Source Care – providing fully trained, professionally vetted and qualified specialist care staff, from support workers, healthcare assistants and supported housing officers, to RMNs and RGNs, on a permanent, contract or ad-hoc agency basis.
