Our role as an organisation is very much grounded in developing ancient techniques for the modern age and using these ideas to further our understanding of how we can take control of our own emotional and physical wellbeing.
However, we also embrace the culture in which we live in and believe that the key to fulfilment in modern life is balance. We seek to address that balance through our combination of immersive practises, making ChromaYoga a truly unique and rewarding experience.
