Rachel Mount's cake sculptures have been exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts and Sotheby's. She has taught her unique style of sugar craft at the V&A. For the past 20 years Rachel has designed, baked and decorated cakes to individual client specification. She works with London’s top event designers, her glittering international client list includes international royalty, Hollywood actors, rock stars, business magnates and sporting legends. Vogue has commissioned cakes for editorial features and celebrations including UK Vogue’s 90th and Spanish Vogue’s 20th Anniversaries.
