General information

Our clothes are stylish, comfortable and practical, with a focus on luxurious natural fibres. The fabric components we work with are carefully selected to ensure that our garments keep their beautiful shape, do not crease too much and can be moved around in easily. Our day to evening styles can be worn during the day in the office without having to change for the evening from one season to the next. Each fabric is individually selected for each design. We love feminine details and think about everything from the stitching of a garment to the individual buttons and even the type of shoulder pads we use to give our garments a perfect silhouette. All our fabrics are European, with the majority being made in Italian and French mills as well as here in the UK. We actively support the UK garment manufacturing industry and have made a concerted effort to work with the few high end manufacturers remaining in the UK.

Alongside our collection of garments is our range of Italian leather handbags made from luxe textured leathers and finished with bespoke Matilda & Quinn linings. We also stock unique handcrafted jewellery featuring leather and semi-precious stones.

The hallmark of the Matilda & Quinn brand is flattering, feminine and flawlessly appropriate garments and quality accessories. Our vision is to produce beautiful clothes that have the look and feel of a premium designer brand without the designer price tags. Production quantities are small and there is no guarantee that identical lines will come back into stock as they sell out.

All of our garments are made in England.
