General information

Wessex Window Systems were formed in 1978 in Winchester, Hampshire.

Since then Wessex Commercial Division has grown to be a recognised market leader in the design, manufacture and installation of aluminium and UPVC windows and door products.

Wessex are now part of the Joedan Group of Companies, one the the UK's largest and most innovative windows and door manufacturers.

Wessex offers a comprehensive service throughout the whole of Southern England, Wales and The Midlands by virtue of having operating bodies based in the following locations:-

Birmingham
Orpington
Tewkesbury
Winchester

Wessex has a proven track record dating back nearly four decades in the replacement of windows and doors in buildings within the commercial sectors.

Wessex Commercial has been replacing windows and doors in schools since the company was formed.

With a huge emphasis not just on the quality of our work, but also health & safety, Wessex now operates 52 weeks a year in schools, including when they are occupied.

Replacing defective windows and doors in offices & commercial premises accounts for a large percentage of the work which Wessex undertakes. Mindful that businesses need to function whilst any work is being carried out, we instigate work programmes to minimise disruption.

Wessex has been working with local authorities for nearly four decades and as such has carried out installations in various functional buildings, such as civic centres, law courts, libraries, fire stations and youth centres.

Wessex Commercial specialises in working in occupied premises, and consequently are used to programming works so that they minimise disruption to the building occupants, whilst maintaining a strict policy to protect the health and safety of all of those involved.

Working alongside several NHS trusts, Wessex has completed a large number of projects in hospitals.
