Welcome to Inspired to Achieve (i2a)

Inspired to Achieve (i2a) is a social enterprise offering impartial advice and guidance to help people fulfil their potential.
Our adaptable, bespoke offering reaches out across the South West of England.
“Our ultimate goal is to end poverty by supporting people into sustainable employment earning at, or above, the living wage.”

i2a was set up as a Social Enterprise in 2011 and in October 2014 became a wholly owned subsidiary of Yarlington Housing Group. This opens up increased opportunities for whole community engagement and expands our ability to deliver projects that return high social value across multiple sectors.
Our people

All of our staff are professionally qualified, DBS checked and receive regular professional supervision. We have an established team drawn from a wide range of professions which enables us to offer a truly differentiated support package and meet each organisation’s identified needs.
i2a’s menu of provision

National austerity saw cuts to support services which allowed i2a to take a fresh look at how best to support people into positive employment and education destinations. As a result we have developed a diverse cross-sector menu of person centred services which see us working with individuals across the age spectrum, these include primary school children to those of retirement age!
Included within our service offering is:

Mentoring young people within local educators (primary, secondary and post 16 education)
One to one and group delivered parenting support and guidance
Employability training and one-to-one support
Working in partnership with social housing providers to deliver a holistic employment service
Youth and community work
