We are pleased to introduce 2manageproperty, a trading division of invest2let, a local company offering a combination of quality and value for money in Residential Block and Estate Management services.

2manageproperty currently have offices in Sunbury, Bagshot, Reading, Hampton and Bath in addition to agents in many other areas.

Established in 2005, we offer experienced and professionally qualified managers with widely recognised expertise in traditional management techniques and the technical aspects of construction and project management, including cost control, procurement / tendering and settlement of accounts in parallel with the day to day estate management issues.

Our teams expertise has been developed through practical experience gained on major commissions in the commercial, airports, and health sectors, local and central government and a varied portfolio of residential developments.

All our managers are effective team players, able to assimilate client requirements and to use well developed inter personal skills to integrate well with any property residents committee or board of directors, all supported by regular communication and reporting.

Demonstrating our expertise we can bring membership of the following professional bodies through members of our team: Chartered Institute of Building, Association of Project Managers, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents alongside our partner arrangements with Chartered Accountants and Solicitors. We also adhere to the guidelines and codes of conduct laid down by the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).

We have in place Professional Indemnity Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance.

We provide a website specific for each block that we manage as a free of charge service that provides online access to all the useful documents and information relating to your block / estate.
