AP Residential is a Residential Lettings company based in Kenilworth but covering Kenilworth, Leamington, Warwick and beyond. AP Residential is affiliated to AP Commercial, an existing property company dealing in industrial and commercial property.
Alex Pittaway will be heading up the Lettings side of the business. Alex is an experienced lettings agent and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA). His reason for setting up his own company is his ambition to offer the most professional and personally tailored service available at the lowest fees possible. Alex has always aimed to build excellent relations with his landlords and tenants, and this has been recognised in the positive feedback he has received over the years.
