Supervane is a tough, reliable and efficient carbon vane for vacuum pumps with the superb quality that you would expect of a OEM product, but with a significant difference – it won't cost you a fortune.

There are many non-genuine carbon vane suppliers around today; however, it is difficult to find them because they have no name. The reason for that is simple – it’s hard to make a name when you create only poor quality products. At Supervane we use a different approach– we produce a high quality, original product made by a reputable manufacturer with a passion to create the best possible vanes and filters for you, our customer.

Supervane begins life in a carbon factory in Germany, where isostatic graphite gives the product its special characteristics that make it distinct from all our rivals. The difference is stronger, more durable vanes with increased flexibility and high temperature resistance.

In the second, and just as crucial phase, a second German factory takes the isostatic graphite , where it is expertly cut into vanes. A critical reason is the accuracy. All Supervane vanes have precisely the same dimensions as genuine vanes. Just knowing the dimensions is not enough, because it requires state-of-the-art cutting equipment to meet such accuracy. Our partners in Germany are perfect in providing you this precision.

During the last stage of production, the vanes arrive at our facility in the UK where they undergo quality control checks before being packed, labeled and sent off to you, our customers around the world.
