With our Hertford shop now open since March 2012, we aim to provide the local and surrounding communities with all of their cycling needs. We believe in the traditional values of excellent service and good quality products, and with our emphasis on customer service we are now receiving second generation clientèle from our original customers. We aim to provide the highest level of professional service, combining our expertise with enthusiasm, and the ability to listen to what the customer really wants.
Our dedicated staff are always on hand to offer help and advice when required.Tom is our 'Cytech' level 2 trained and qualified mechanic, he is on hand to offer the best in repairs and technical advice, having been working in the cycle trade since leaving school. George is another of our fantastic bike mechanics.He knows his bikes and parts down to every last bolt, having been fascinated with bikes ever since he could get on one.
Charlotte keeps the boys in check, running the shop side of the store. With fantastic customer service and knowledge.
