Jordan has been working in the mortgage industry since 2007. He started doing mortgage administration while studying in Manchester and passed exams to give mortgage advice by 2010.

Paul started his financial career at Yorkshire Bank in 2007 and was in management by 2011. He got into mortgages and insurance at his previous job and passed his exams to give mortgage advice when he started in this role in 2013. He soon became the top producer in 2014 and 2015 for mortgages and protection.

Jordan and Paul have worked together since March 2013 and decided to start 313 Financial Ltd early 2016. They both work very similar and decided it was time to build a successful firm together.

They have specialised in the new build market and worked for one of the biggest new build mortgage firms in the north east. Due to the amount of business that came through the door they believe there is nobody better to speak to than 313 Financial Ltd regarding a mortgage.

313 doesn’t just look at new build mortgages, they can also provide advice on older properties and re mortgages. The aim is to build a client bank based primarily on referrals and believe if you look after a client, they will look after you.

At 313 they have a process in place that works and is effective. They don't like to waste their own time and especially do not like to waste a client’s time.
