Personal Training is available and affordable offering the best health and fitness advice just for you. If you need a bit of help and motivation then our professional team of personal trainers are waiting to hear from you.

Can your child swim? – Let us teach your child to swim with confidence, it could save their life. We currently offer a range of swimming lessons following the ASA’s National Plan for Teaching Swimming. We take children from 6 months to 16 years complete beginners to competitive swimmers. Simply call the centre and leave your contact details and we will do the rest.

Adult Swimming Lessons – It’s never too late to learn to swim or improve your swimming technique! Take advantage of a limited introductory special offer of only £3 per lesson.

Learn to Swim crash courses – our intensive 5 day courses will be held during the first two weeks of the school summer holidays. These courses are ideal for beginners as great progress can be made during the week.

Family Swimming Fun Sessions every Saturday and Sunday 2pm till 4pm. You bring the family, we bring the floats and balls and you have the fun!

Ladies Activity Mornings providing Fitness, Fun and Friendship. Every Wednesday 9.30 till 11.30 come along and join in the friendly fun. These sessions include swimming, badminton, squash, fitness, table tennis and much more. Plus tea, coffee and a chat afterwards. No need to book just turn up!

Badminton is the ideal sport for getting fit and having fun and we have 11 badminton courts just waiting for you.

5 a side football courts are available for hire most days and times of the week, simply call the centre, leave your contact details and we will get in touch. Great discounts are currently available so don’t miss out!

Junior 5 a side football summer league. We are on the look out for junior teams to participate in our summer football league held every Saturday 5pm till 8pm. Ring the centre and leave your contact details.
