James Garrity, MPH the Managing Director of the business is one of the most qualified and experienced exercise and health professionals in the country. When he started Pinnacle Health & Fitness it was his vision to create a centre where everyone of all abilities can enter a programme of exercise and nutrition, which will take them to their personal life peak.

The Centre only take on the best staff in their area of expertise, so you are assured of grade A customer service, knowledge, experience and qualifications off each and every member of staff. We also have a large 6000Sq Ft open gym at our Brunswick Centre.

We also have our own sports massage trained staff at hand to aid in any recovery needed.
