Appointments
GP appointments are available
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:30
Pre-bookable GP appointments are also available Saturday and Sunday.
We also offer appointments with our Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant Monday - Friday.
If you require a same day appointment then please call the practice, and you will be put on the triage list, in which a GP or Nurse Practitioner will call you to triage your symptoms and provide you with an appointment if this is needed.
Home Visits
These need to be requested before 11:00am, and are only available Monday – Friday.
Online Booking
At the practice you can book/change appointments online, and also order prescriptions. This is convenient for anyone who may not be able to call into or ring the surgery. Please call the surgery or ask at reception for you log in details.
We also have a new app: Systmonline. This can be downloaded onto any Apple device.
Prescription Line
You can call at any time (24/7) to order your repeat medication, on 0191 295 8521. Please allow two working days for us to process your prescriptions.
X-ray
Our x-ray facility is a drop in clinic: Monday – Friday 14:00 – 18:00, and Saturday 13:00 – 16:00. You need to provide an X-ray referral form that will be given to you by your GP or one of our Walk in Nurse Practitioners.
Ultrasound
We also provide a pre-bookable Ultrasound service, which is held on a Monday 08:40 - 16:30.
