Milton Court Care Home is just 3 miles from Milton Keynes town centre and was acquired by Avery Healthcare in April 2015. Avery have set about transforming the home with new management and have great expectations for Milton Court.

Set back but adjacent to the main A421 Standing Way, Milton Court is easily accessible from surrounding Buckinghamshire districts, and Bedford is only a 20 minute drive.

The home offers residential, nursing and dementia care in specious and comfortable surrounds.

Avery homes are characterised by their lively atmosphere and with a daily programme of events and activities, Milton Court is no exception. Residents can choose from a variety of excursions to local sites of interest such as local garden centres, rural pubs and country houses such as the nearby Stowe. We welcome to our home, local groups and schools and if you have a particular interest we will do our best to support it.

Our bedrooms come in a variety of sizes and each is fitted with an en-suite with shower and toilet. Many of our top floor bedrooms enjoy pleasant views across Milton Keynes. There is a cafe and bar area which opens out onto an attractive patio to the rear of the home and affords plenty of sun during the day.

There is a small cinema room which shows afternoon matinees to our film club and plenty of quiet lounge areas where residents can take time out to enjoy each others company. We place a great deal of emphasis on the companionship afforded by our residential care homes and we work hard to settle each and every resident into care home life.

Meal times are especially important to the atmosphere of Milton Court, and for many is the highlight of the day. Our chef always provides a choice of food that is all freshly cooked and prepared on-site. Themed culinary evenings are common and the kitchen team are always encouraging our residents to try some of the more exotic fare that compliments our more traditional meals. Wine is served before and during meal times and if residents or their guests are peckish, then there are always freshly baked cakes or biscuits available.

You are free to do as you please at Milton Court and we encourage all our residents to make their rooms their own. Residents are free to bring their own furniture and keepsakes and to dress the room to their own tastes. Our housekeeping staff will ensure your room is clean and tidy and left just the way you like it.

At Avery, we always uphold and respect the decisions made by our residents. We make sure to have signed permission forms for all Avery residents pictured on our social media platforms. We do not upload any photographs of residents who do not wish to be pictured on our social media.
