USA Nails

General information

Hi, my name is Moon. I am manager at USA NAILS in North Yorkshire and Moon Tran Nails in Kent. I am also one of the main Nail Technician who are working in USA NAILS in York at the moment.
Why I manager 2 shops.
The shop in Kent is still running smoothly with 2 my staff there. 2 other staff with me moved to York as the following reason:
Last year, I travelled to Minster Church; there was a lady asked me where I did my nails, I told her I did it by myself as I have my own shop. She told me give her address so that she could come to get her nails done.
I noticed she had nice nails extension too. I told her my shop took 5 hours to drive from York Minster and asked her why didn't she keep going in the shop where she used to get them done.
She told me she's happy with her nails but it took her few hours to wait in that shop as they are so busy.... And she said she wasn't happy as they refused to do her friend's nails with the reason her friend used to complain once in the past. She said she liked the way the Asian do nails with machines and very professional nail care. She ask me why I didn't have a shop in York? I think about that since then.
My shop in Kent located in a small town with 5 other Asian Nails bars. We have to face with loads of competitions and always try to take care and look after customers. My customers are really lovely and love me very much in Kent but I decided to move to York as I have been looking for somewhere in UK to mortgage and settle, and I found York is the best place for my children's future. I travelled to York 5 times then I decided to move here. To be honest, I found the people here are really helpful, very nice, polite and friendly.
The shop is going to open 7 days a week.
The opening day will be 25th of January 2016.
