Interior Design & Development

Vast experience of public, private and residential sector projects from small scale refurbishments and re-fits to multi-million pound developments and master planning.

Recent residential projects include a number of high specification developments in London targeting the young professional demographic with a focus on high quality materials, fixtures and fittings. Project role includes the full specification of internal and external materials, furniture, sanitary fittings and kitchens.

Healthcare expertise with both government funded and private/public/charitable financing initiatives including Optegra, Spire, Kings Fund, St Wilfrid's Hospice and numerous NHS Trusts. Areas of expertise include mental health (older people's, adult and children/adolescent), dementia care, palliative care, hospitals, day care centres and care homes.

Education projects ranging from nursery to University and including first/secondary school and further education/Colleges. Space planning and furniture identification/specification expertise.

History of successfully collaborating with many well known manufacturers whilst working towards innovative and often bespoke design solutions, including detailed design development of individual items of furniture and surface materials.

Enviromental and sustainability experience working alongside BREEAM requirements, product waste and re-cycling capabilities, "Cradle to Grave" and "Mission Zero" initiatives (amongst others), VOC requirements, light reflectance and slip resistance values. A number of projects worked on achieved Green Apple Sustainability Awards and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
