The Kernow Sausage Company strives to deliver a consistently excellent Cornish product that is crafted with care and accompanied with a personal service that puts the customer first.
The majority of our pigs are reared on the farm and enjoy the luxury of the mild sea air and laid back Cornish lifestyle so you get the best meat. The company produces a range of sausages, bacon and gammon products which have become popular with Michelin starred chefs and Cornish families alike. You can find our delicious Kernow products in local stores and delicatessens, as well as on the plate at an eclectic mix of hotels and restaurants. With our Cornish Sweetheart winning a Great Taste Award in 2012 and our Mediterranean Medley also being successful in 2013, our products certainly have the approval of connoisseurs.
