General information

Est-e-mate (South West) provide a full and comprehensive estimating service for Builders Merchants. We can provide anything from basic material schedules up to fully quantified estimates detailing labour, plant and materials. This can be backed up with reports covering stage payment proposals, labour schedules and anything else you might need. The amount of detail is up to you!

We have undertaken all sizes and manner of jobs varying from £10,000 extensions up to properties in excess of £1M. We are unique in the fact that we can also provide estimates for commercial properties, including for example, Industrial units, Nursing homes, Shops and Offices, projects that we are regularly involved in.

All our estimators have long term experience and are extremely knowledgeable of the Construction Industry, therefore we are able to undertake most construction projects.

We don’t just push buttons on a computer without properly studying the drawings and specification provided. We ensure the products we estimate for are those specified on the job.

Est-e-mate (South West) believe that service should be personal, not on the end of a phone or by e-mail. We can respond to your specific needs. We are even able to offer a unique site support service to you. This means if there is a change in plans or if for instance on such things as drainage or specialist roofing, advice is required, we are able to help.
