General information

Cornwall Outdoors provides outdoor education, adventurous activities, training and leadership courses through it's three residential centres in Cornwall. An what's more we have been doing it for over 60 years.

Our residential activity centres are located in East Cornwall (Delaware), South Cornwall (Porthpean) and West Cornwall (Carnyorth). We also run one of the only 'tented villages' on the Isles of Scilly (Pelistry Bay) throughout the summer months, which is well worth the visit for its beauty and tranquility.

Our vision is to raise achievement and aspiration through adventure and outdoor learning, for all our students, residents and visitors.

If you are a group in need of a place to stay then browse our residential centres and all they have to offer. You don't need to book activities with us however we're sure we have an activity that you'd love.

If you are an adult, youth leader, teacher or just someone wanting to learn a little bit of the adventures to be found outdoors and around Cornwall then look up our courses. There is something for everyone from Abseiling to Zip-lines.

If you are looking to find employment in the outdoor and adventurous activities world then trying one of our Instructor Training Courses, held each winter at our Porthpean and Delaware Centres may be just the start you have been waiting for.

Our educational visits service to the local youth groups, schools and academies of Cornwall is there to keep the outdoors accessible yet safe.
