Tilleys Gluten Free Bakery was established in 2015 by Brian Spence, an award winning baker with 30 years experience. His delicious Gluten Free Bread & Cakes are hand made in a wheat free environment in a purpose-built bakery in Paignton, Devon.
His mission is to produce high quality products with full flavours, which, on a blind tasting, people would not think were gluten free. He uses only high quality ingredients and techniques that have been acquired from his huge experience in the bakery trade.
His massively impressive products are available from Totnes Market every Friday & Saturday and Dartmouth & Ivybridge Markets, twice a month. Brian is also starting to sell into the wholesale market in South Devon.
