With the power of frozen you can savour the delicious flavours of handmade pizza from the foothills of the Dolomites, freshly caught salmon from the Norwegian fjords or sumptuous, soft gelato from a rustic Umbrian village, all in the comfort of your own family kitchen.

The power of frozen allows you to have more authentic flavours, food free of artificial preservatives, have food that tastes as good as it is fresh, food that is out of season, reduce wastage and save you money - that’s why we believe in the #PowerofFrozen

Please be aware that our Facebook team work Mon-Sat between 0700 and 2100 and 0800 till 2000 Sun, so all queries posted during these hours will be responded to within 24 hours where possible. Queries posted outside of those hours will take a little longer, but we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.

To help keep content relevant and focused for all our fans please keep your comments relevant to the posts. Comments that do not relate to the posts may be removed at our discretion.

We will at our sole discretion remove the following from the site:

- Content with political or religious nature intended to incite others or facilitate anti-social behaviour
- Aggressive/political lobbying that in our opinion disrupts the community for other users
- Content that contains pornography or offensive text or images
- Any postings that we deem to be spam
- Content with unverified or false claims about products or Iceland
- Links to other external websites
- Comments that we believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, derogatory or disrespectful to our staff
- Any other content that we believe hinders our aim of creating an effective and positive feedback forum for our Fans

In addition, we may at our discretion block users from accessing our Facebook page where users post any of the above content or where we believe that they are in any way causing inconvenience or disruption to other users.
