General information

I am a professional Life Coach offering one to one holistic (whole life) coaching in Swansea, Cardiff and Carmarthen. My passion is in helping you create the life you want for yourself.

I previously spent over 20 years working for the statutory and voluntary sector in areas including mental health, homelessness and substance misuse. It was while working with homeless people that I first encountered coaching.

For me, life coaching is all about rediscovering your sense of purpose, gaining balance and moving forward in the direction that’s important to you. It is solution focused and empowering. In a nutshell, it’s about helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

My approach is friendly, supportive and encouraging. I help you identify your aims, find your motivation, overcome any obstacles in your path and start taking steps to creating the life you’ll love.

I also offer personal development workshops to help you along the way.
