Hamiltons Chocolates Company Information
General information
Hamiltons was established in the Cotswold village of Broadway, in 1986 by Andrew and Sheila Campbell. The desire was to put the fun back into buying sweets, by creating an old fashioned sweet shop selling traditional sweets and luxury chocolates.
After opening a second store in Stratford-Upon-Avon they turned their attentions to the setting up of a production facility for the manufacture of Hamiltons own exclusive range of luxury handmade chocolates. The factory is situated close to Stratford-Upon-Avon and visitors to the factory can, through a large picture window, see our chocolatiers at work, casting, filling and enrobing the handmade chocolates.
Since opening the factory Hamiltons have opened a further store in the South Cotswold village of Burford. Wishing now to develop the brand further and make Hamiltons chocolates available to other retailers and the catering trade, www.hamiltons-chocolates.co.uk was launched in September 2005. The site was originally intended for wholsale only but has now been further developed to serve both our retail and wholesale customers.
