Technical Solutions 24 Seven are Non Destructive Testing and Robotics experts. The original starting goal was to repair and service electronic control systems with support 24/7, originally focusing on PLC and drives. We specialise in modification and migration paths, which have been developed to enables to not only supply and service equipment; but also to ensure that our customers would be able to continue to stay in production with their installed equipment were the cost of replacing complete production lines was prohibitive.

So by continuing our repair philosophy and having to support our growing customer base we have moved into PLC and System integration and Migration. With over 20 years’ experience in delivering Software and PLC alongside Hardware Solutions with visible and tangible benefits such as increased productivity and profitability; Techincal Solutions is now a leader in this field.

As we strived to provide the best possible service, it became apparent that we needed to assist clients on the actual process equipment and the automation side of the process; this included Drive System, Control and Instrumentation, Electro‐Mechanical Systems and Process Engineering services.

Throughout the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s our expertise started to expand out of the Automotive high volume car market into other industries and many blue chip companies, these include Control, Instrumentation Power & Distribution, Automation Process Systems and Software Engineering.

With an increased prospective on safety systems and hazardous area we continued to position ourselves on the leading edge of technology allowing Technical Solutions to maintain its position in a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Automotive, Food, Electrical Mechanics, Aerospace, Power Generation and Utilities. We have our own in-house experts, who ensure that our standards reach engineer excellence with a fast and reliable service.
