St Kentigern Hospice Shop Company Information
General information
St Kentigern Hospice provides palliative care to people from the Vale of Clwyd and surrounding areas, with life limiting illnesses.
The team focus on the patient's quality of life which includes controlling symptoms through a holistic approach taking into account the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. Care is also available to families and carers through advice and bereavement support.
There is no charge for these services for the patients and their families but it is not without cost.
To run St Kentigern hospice costs £1.6m per year - about £4,300 per day and we receive less than 18% from statutory sources so anything you can do to help with fundraising will be greatly appreciated.
We are currently in the planning phase of a £2 million expansion to the hospice.
