You start to realise that that standard of the holiday you bought is not what you were sold and paid for.

We assist customers of UK based holiday tour operators, who have suffered the effects of sub-standard holidays to recover :

If you have had to endure illness or injury whilst on a package holiday, you should be entitled to the above payments from the tour operator.

Remember, illness or injury was not part of the package.

If you have booked a package holiday through a UK tour operator then you have effectively bought protection which is provided to you under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.

This long standing regulation makes certain that the tour operator is responsible for your safety and wellbeing during your holiday. If because of the a lack of reasonable care and skill in the supply of your holiday, eg the food & drink provided was not of satisfactory quality and you become ill as a result, the regulations provide you with a way by which you can make your claim for compensation for the losses you have suffered.
