Returns policy: Please contact me if you wish to return an item. Returns are accepted on full price items within 7 days of reciept of the item. Refunds will only be given and sent back to boutqiue if tags are still intact and the item is unworn. All postage costs (cost you originally paid to have it posted to you and cost to return the item to me) are not refundable. Returns are not accepted on sale items. It is your responsability to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item back to me. It is recommended that you post items back to me 1st class recorded so that it can be tracked and so that you can claim the monies back from Royal Mail if the item was to go missing in the post. We will not refund you if we do not receive the item back.
We cannot accept returns on certain products which have a NO RETURNS note on the online product description. For instance, swimwear & earings And Underwear Or Make up are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Any unwanted items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains or purfume on the garment cannot be exchanged or Refund.
There are NO Refunds Of Exchanges on Sale Or Promotional Items

We can only hold items by taking a Min £10 deposit To Secure Your Item Up to 7 Days To Then Make The Rest Of Your Payment.. If you have requested that I send you an invoice to pay through paypal, please ensure that this is paid for within 24 hours. Please also ensure that bank transfers are made within 24 hours. If items are not paid for within this time, the item will be sold to someone else after the 24 hours.
I post all items 1st Class Recorded,which generally takes 1-2 working days. This may take longer, and is down to Royal Mail to get your parcel delivered. I post all items the same or next working day. Royal Mail do not consider items lost in the post until after 15 working days. So if your item has not arrived by then, please contact me so that I can track it for you.
