General information

Jayex Healthcare solutions are based on the ITK accredited Enlighten patient engagement platform. This platform has been developed by Jayex as a generic solution for multi-practice GP's, Acute Trusts, Lift buildings and Polyclinic environments. It improves the patient experience from arrival through to consultation, providing staff with up-to-date demographic and trend information. It allows Patient Calling, Self Check-in, Way-finding, Reporting, E-surveys and Questionnaires, Outcomes forms and Online Portal. Enlighten manages and tracks the complete patient journey.

By using the Enlighten Auto Arrivals touch screen interface, queues at reception are dramatically reduced, saving administration costs and valuable time. Enlighten Touch is more than just a date of birth check-in, with various configurable management features designed to release admin staff for more important activities; helping to standardise processes, capture data and trends, provide information rich reports and let clinical staff spend more time with patients.

The additional survey module will add even more value, with multiple survey types for check-in, anonymous and post consultation experience surveys.The Enlighten survey module, with optimised graphics and theming for visual acuity, allows local or centrally designed and managed surveys to be published on a range of platforms, including; Touch screens, PC’s, Web devices, Print, Mobiles and Tablets.

Enlighten also consists of the calling module - a truly dynamic patient call solution combined with multi-media digital signage.
In between patient calls you can display health videos, surgery information and other content in zones or on the complete screen as defined by you. The content can then be interrupted by the patient call in a particular screen zone or the whole screen.
Excellent communication is recognised as essential for any patient-centric service, our solution has access to a vast library of health posters and videos and can also link to the NHS video library to ensure the latest video titles are available to access on demand.

The Enlighten platform is the result of many years of continuous development and improvement by our talented team. Our integration skill set encompasses HL7, Web services, ITK2 (ADT), XML ODBC, etc. using Intersystems Ensemble or our Jayex HEPI engine.
