Hello and welcome to Tangled Technology we are a technology specialist company based in Hertfordshire, specialising in bringing your technology back to life. We setup, repair, upgrade and maintain your technology for you so you don’t have to. Here at Tangled Technology we know how frustrating it is when you spend hundreds of pounds on the latest and greatest devices, yet they don’t behave the way you need them to. At Tangled, we understand technology, we understand it gets tangled and most of all we understand our customers and their needs.

Tangled Technology has price guides for our services so you know exactly what you’re paying. However each job is customised to suit your needs, so you may find you pay less than you expected. We reward our repeat customers and those who recommend our services. We give discounts to customers purchasing multiple products/services and if you find something cheaper elsewhere we will price match wherever possible.
How Tangled Technology operate and how to purchase our services?

Tangled Technology is based in Hertfordshire, however we provide our services to all the surrounding areas including North and Central London, in fact using courier services and our remote support platform we can reach most people nationwide.

Here at Tangled Technology we operate in a very unique way. Unlike other companies where you spend hours listening to hold music getting passed from call centre to call centre, Tangled have cut all those steps out. We couldn’t have made it simpler, pick your preferred contact method, drop us a note or leave us a message and one of our technicians will call you back in a timely fashion. From that point you will deal directly with the technician till your case is resolved.

3. Our technicians will call you back to get an understanding of your issue, and then arrange the best way to proceed, either drop your machine to the technician, arrange a courier or collection, arrange for a technician to visit your home or place of work or even arrange a remote support session.
4. Pay for the service and consider it done!

At Tangled Technology we operate a no fix no fee service, if we diagnose the issue with your system and you proceed to purchase one of our services, however we then discover there is another issue with your machine and we cannot repair it, we will refund all your money back or cover the extra work ourselves.

All our technicians have vast experience in the industry with degrees, MCTS, and many, many more qualifications. In fact many of our technicians hold full time employment with in the industry which is why you leave us a message and we get back to you with the technician best suited for the job and availability to meet your needs.
