Oulder Hill Leisure Complex is committed to making a positive difference to sport and leisure opportunities in the community through activity programmes, partnerships and education, ensuring that opportunities are available to anyone who may wish to engage in physical activity.

We offer leisure and fitness activities whatever your age, ability or experience. Attentive customer service and excellent facilities will ensure your experience as one of our members is unrivalled.

Our amenities
25m Swimming Pool and Learner Pool, Fitness Suite including Sauna and Steam rooms, extensive sports facilities including grass pitches and astroturf. We are also please to offer a full program of fitness classes and childrens activities.

Our team
We are a team of friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic professionals, holding nationally recognised qualifications. We encourage our team to strive to succeed both in the leisure sector and personal achievements. Our team is key to delivering a personal touch to our service.

Our customers are our priority. We listen to what our customers want to focus our improvement and service delivery plans. We deliver a quality service and strive to improve customer satisfaction. We have developed a Customer Charter to ensure we provide value for the services we offer and our team are focused on providing a quality experience to all.

Community programming and partnerships
Our aim is to greatly increase our involvement in the community and bring the local community closer together and living a healthier lifestyle. We aim to develop a positive fitness ethos with our customer base that extends beyond our facility. We plan to improve participation in sport and leisure activities in key group’s outlined in our community strategy. The plan takes into consideration local and national statistics. We will support the local council in achieving the targets set out in their health and sustainable community strategies.
