Our company started in Crosby near Liverpool, Merseyside in the North West of England in 1954 with the original name of R.R. Shaw, and moved to its present location on Lord Street, Southport, Lancashire 28 years ago trading as Nicholas Thomson. Things look a lot different these days, but for nearly 60 years the business has been based on shoe retailing offering ladies shoes and mens shoes from the premier shoes manufacturers around the world. Over recent years our selection of matching handbags has greatly increased, and we have also introduced costume jewellery. There are new shoe and handbag collections from across Europe, and even as far as South Africa. New ventures keeping in tune with the latest fashion trends and styling. Our philosophy has always remained the same. We look for something that is great quality, provides good value for money, and is ahead of the competition in the fashion world.
