Chef/Owner John Lawson has created Food by John Lawson Restaurant in the fishing town of Leigh-on-sea. He brings his experiences from working across the world with some of the best in the industry; including Raymond Blanc, Gordon Ramsay and Gary Jones.
The restaurant sources food and beverages from the best supplier and growers locally (the closet to the restaurant door). The produce we use is either organic or a known farm that meets the standards of good health, no sprays or pesticides used.
Our menu is driven by the season and will change on a weekly basis to reflect the produce available.
