OUR CLEANERS ARE VETTED
We have a 3 point security check in place for any new cleaners we employ. Firstly we carry out a face to face interview. Next we carry out a thorough background check which includes verifying references. Finally we ensure photocopies of ID are held on file, these must include a piece of photographic identification for example a passport or driving licence plus proof of address by way of a recent household bill.

WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK
If you are not happy with the work carried out we will redo any areas you are not happy with then give you a free 2 hour clean the next time. We then call again to ensure you are happy.
WE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN
We provide cover for holidays and sickness should your regular cleaner be off for any reason.
WE WILL NOT TIE YOU INTO A CONTRACT
This means that if your circumstances change you can cancel at any time.
