General information

Welcome to KING LINE COTTAGES Firstly we are sorry but do not permit pets in our Lodges due to some issues in the past. we offer a selection of cottages ranging from the delightful stand alone Kate's Lodge, with 2 separate bedrooms a separate wet room and open plan fully fitted kitchen and lounge area. Our slightly larger Lady Lodge also a stand alone cottage offers 1 large Kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom and shower and 1 Twin double bedded room with an ensuite wet room, large open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge all with fabulous views of the River Bure.
Our 3 other cottages are Horning Lodge comprising of 1 double and 1 single both with ensuite wet rooms, open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and cozy lounge. In the middle is our bigger Riverside Lodge, with 2 single bedded rooms, separate wet room and 1 double room with ensuite wet room. Again a large open planned fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area, last of the 3 is Quayside. It offers 2 twin rooms one with a separate hand basin and 2 separate wet rooms, open plan fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area all 3 have large patio doors opening out onto a well kept grass area with seated decking areas and views to die for.
Finally our completely stand alone large Eagles Cottage catering for up to 9 guests. This is a stunning Cottage sitting in its own private grounds, it includes the separate Annex which sleeps 4 people in 2 twin rooms with wet rooms. The main Eagles Cottages has a fabulous very large modern fully fitted separate kitchen, the lounge/dining room has patio doors opening out onto a patio and grass area ideal for those family BBQ's and again views up and down the River Bure.
The ground floor houses 1 of the 3 separate bedrooms with separate bathroom also on the ground floor is a separate shower room and cloakroom. Upstairs is 2 twin rooms and the piece de resistance is the crowning glory to this fantastic Cottage a large roof terrace to catch all those glorious sunny days.
We here at KING LINE COTTAGES our proud to be able to cater for all disabilities our lodges are all wheelchair friendly with wider doors, both internally and externally and all apart from Kate's Lodge, have ramp entrances to make your stay that much easier.
Should you require it, we also supply wheelchair, shower chair, walking frames and bed raisers at no extra charge, we simply want you to have a holiday to remember without the worry of having to remember all your equipment.
