Melody gained her degree in Art and Art History in Winchester, but having been brought up in the stunning Exmoor countryside it was only a matter of time before she found her way back to her heart and inspiration. David, who had a career as an engineer in a telecomms company has been able to develop his life long hobby as a photographer. Melody and David started Melody Art back in 2003 to represent their own art, they have concentrated on their individual styles and on producing works of high quality. Both the Gallery and Studio/Gallery are full of original paintings in oil, as well as giclee prints of paintings and photographs on the highest quality papers and canvas. In addition to painting Melody offers painting lessons for small groups from two to five in her studio, here you have the opportunity to paint and be inspired by Melody as she encourages you to learn and develop your own style.
