General information
We operate a training environment that is usually only found being used by professional athletes. However, we believe that no matter who you are, training should be taken seriously and so we welcome all levels of fitness as the goal is the same; be better than your best!
We have three trainers currently; Ali Wilson, Faye Cooke and Lee Edwards . Ali has competed in MMA and Muay Thai competiton, Faye has played Rugby and is now a national level powerlifter and strongwoman, and Lee is a well respected boxing coach. We offer a wide range of skills and experience between us, the most important being that we are effective!
