Tucked away in the charming rural settings of the erstwhile Spixworth Hall, the converted 17th century stable buildings - beside the two properties already in situ on the estate 20 years ago at the dawn of the project - provide our 8 self-catering apartments, offering 2- to 5-bedroom cottages.

The host, Sheelah, from a warm and helpful family who has been a custodian on the farm for over 70 years, seek to provide everything to make your stay a cherished and memorable one, leaving you longing after a return one day.

Set within a working farm, with bluebell and snowdrop woods, horses grazing and tranquil lakes, there's enough on our doorstep alone to entertain escaping minds. This is not to mention the private heated outdoor swimming pool and tennis court just a short walk away.

Beyond the farm grounds, the nearby market towns, the historic and vibrant city of Norwich, the unique and famous waterways of the Norfolk broads and the wide-arcing, breathtaking North Sea coastline - boasting adventure sports, picturesque villages and seal colonies amongst other local treasures -, all add to a rich variety of offerings. It's little wonder the region appeals to such a variety of holiday makers.
