Crew & Concierge is an international yacht crew agency specialising in recruitment of personnel for the maritime industry and private household sector. We work with clients from all over the world and assist them in their recruiting process. You will find our head office in Lymington, Hampshire and on the Paseo Del Born in Palma de Mallorca. Our agents travel between Palma, France, UK, US and the Caribbean, Islands meeting crew and clients where they can.

Finding good super yacht crew and household domestic staff has become more and more difficult as we know from our own experience. Every one of our team has served his or her time at sea and in the domestic private sector, they are able to understand the industry and its demands. We will give you our honest appraisal of the candidates to enable you to make the right decision, and we’ll work around the clock until we’ve found the crew member you’re looking for.

C&C Property

Do you own a property in Mallorca? In recent years we’ve built a great reputation for our property management service and we can make your investment pay. We provide anything from a full property management service if you’re away, to a tenant introduction if you prefer to take a more hands-on approach.

Maybe you’re looking for a property to rent. We offer a wide range of fantastic homes available to Captains and Crew during their stay in Palma. Whether its a long or short term let during refit and repair, or just for spending quality time with your family or partner, we can provide a great place to relax in and enjoy Palma. Most of our homes are located within a stone’s throw of the yachts; we can even offer a few beach locations. Some of our properties are for sale, however they are still all available for rentals until sold. If you are interested in any of our properties that are up for sale please contact the property department.

C&C Crew Services

Our Crew Services department is available to Captains and Crew based in Mallorca. We offer access to digital laser printing, scanner and fax machine and can provide business cards, yacht stationary and resumes. We also have an IT department providing PC and laptop repairs (Windows and Mac) and can carry out computer installations, updates and maintenance on board.
