The changing area is luxuriously appointed incorporating under floor heating and rainfall showers. Prepare for your session here and refresh afterwards with luxurious products to leave you feeling revived and energised. Everything you need from sumptuous towels to hair straighteners, from deodorant to water is on hand for your convenience. Post workout snacks and drinks are available for nutritional replenishment, muscle repair and re-hydration.
