General information
We have been farming as a family, between Aveton Gifford and Bigbury, since 1958.
Our organic, natural milk, yoghurt and cream are available for purchase locally in the South West.
We converted the farm to organic in 1999, and since then we have noticed how much healthier our herd of British Friesians - with a few Channel Island cows - have been.
The quality of our produce is very important to us – we have our own dairy (so we can process our own milk) and we do not cut corners or compromise in our production methods.
Our organic, non-homogenised milk is available whole or semi-skimmed, in recyclable plastic bottles of 1pt, 2pt and 4pt.
Our organic, natural yoghurt is available in two varieties: Original and Smooth. The Original yoghurt has a thicker, more natural texture than the Smooth, which has been gently hand whisked making it extra light and creamy.
Our fruit yoghurts are a combination of our Smooth yoghurt and organic fruit preparations, and all contain pieces of real fruit. The range of fruit available is: Blackcurrant, Cherry, Peach, Raspberry and Strawberry.
