About Us

Dale Eddison was founded by William Eddison and Bill Dale in 1991.

Expansion

This successful partnership then merged with Jonathan Barraclough and his highly respected Guiseley practice in 1994 when a third office in Otley, run by Gary Shankland, was added to the firm. Following incorporation in 2007, Dale Eddison Ltd continued to expand in 2012 with a new office in the popular Airedale village of Silsden and a dedicated letting office in Ilkley.

In January 2015 the business further expanded to a 5th office in the flourishing market town of Skipton.
