Founded in 1983 by Mr. James Tierney we have established ourselves as one of the last independent natural sausage casing processors in the UK.
We are still a family run business with over 30 years of knowledge and experience within our industry.
We are totally committed to offering a quality product and reliable service to all our customers from the High Street Butcher to the multi-national Supermarket chains.
We are always looking to expand and improve our product range, and have recently acquired a Butcher’s Sundries business, which enables us to offer an extensive range of products and a complete service to our customers.
