PAX burger is brought to you by chef owner Eric Paxman.
Eric’s back catalogue includes time in London under Marco Pierre White’s ‘L’escargot, before working in Sydney, Australia under Bill Grainger (of BBC 1’s ‘Saturday Kitchen’ fame). Soon after returning to the UK, Eric opened his first restaurant ‘Eric’s, which has gained a renowned reputation and become multi award-winning.
And now the second restaurant; PAX burger.
This is high quality casual dining, with a simply delicious menu of seriously good burgers and great sides. All made with 100% fresh ingredients, locally-sourced when possible.
The gourmet approach makes for a range of burgers that is unlike any other. With a choice of beef, chicken and lamb plus vegetarian and gluten-free options, amazing flavours are brought together with some great twists - to be enjoyed in PAX or to take-away.
Plus, there’s an irrestible list of American-style cocktails, guest beers and freshly made milkshakes.
