We are an Inverness based asbestos surveying company specialising in delivering Management surveys, Refurbishment / Demolition surveys, Re-inspections and Asbestos Sampling and Analysis services to an array of clients from various industry sectors including schools, hospitals, offices, industrial sites, construction, residential and local government buildings.

Asbestos Management is a specialist market and an asbestos survey is an effective way to help you manage asbestos in your premises by providing accurate information about the location, amount and type of any asbestos-containing materials (ACM’s). It is recommended that you arrange a survey if you suspect there are ACM’s in your premises. Alternatively, you may choose to presume there is asbestos in your premises and would then need to take all appropriate precautions for any work that takes place. However, it is good practice to have an asbestos survey carried out so you can be absolutely sure whether asbestos is present or not.

Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys are vital to any construction project as the early detection of asbestos allows for a safe and efficient removal of the material. All projects where the fabric of the building will be disturbed during renovation must have a asbestos survey carried out prior to works commencing.
