2002 - The software resale business is spun off from Professional Networks,creating new subsidiary PNLTools Limited. Existing employees Neil Burton and James Cooper, become Managing Director and Sales Director respectively.
2011 - PNL Tools purchase back the shareholding of Professional Networks Limited, so is no longer connected to that company, but maintains a good relationship with the former Directors of Professional Networks Limited.
Today- PNL Tools has experienced impressive growth in revenue and product portfolio, providing a choice of IT solutions and maintaining leadership across our major vendors, securing top EMEA partner and top UK partner for our key vendors.
