Firstly, I'd like to thank you for visiting our Facebook Page. We are a family run, restoration business. Helping you with anything from cleaning Carpets & Fine Fabrics, restoring Leather and any hard floor type (Marble, Limestone, Wood...just to name a few!). Adrian has been in this industry now for a decade, so believe me when I say "he has plenty of experience & knowledge!"
I'm Anna, and I have been in the customer care industry for also 10 years.
We aren't just a "normal" business, we go over and beyond with all of our clients, from the first contact with myself through email/ telephone. Then to Adrian providing you with a free consultation. Once we have done the job, we don't just stop there! We send you thank you vouchers, special offers just to suit you, a monthly newsletter (don't worry! It's nothing boring or work related) it's simply good news, funny stories and interesting things you'd never have known about! We also, give out a free lifetime supply of professional stain remover, and delivered to your door, so when one bottle runs out, we give you another. It doesn't end there either...we give you all the tips & advice possible when it comes to cleaning & restoring your hard & soft furnishings.
As you'll be able to see from our page, it's not one of those business pages that gets used a few times and has a few posts from 2 years ago, it's kept up to date with all our relevant blogs, pictures from jobs we've carried out, again more tips and some really good posts!
