Merrell O’Flaherty Dormer Architects is a small practice, operating from their studio on West Park, Harrogate, who pride ourselves on delivering a personal service. Your project will be handled by one of our directors from the initial meeting through to completion.

As designers, we aim to respond to your requirements with flair and understanding. In every project there are opportunities to create something special that really answers your requirements, whilst still remaining within budget and time.

Established for twenty eight years and now primarily specialising in residential work, the Practice has also worked with a varied range of clients and corporate bodies in the hotel, office and banking sectors.

Headed by the three Directors, Tim O’Flaherty, Richard Merrell and Nic Dormer, a personal service is provided to all our clients as we identify their needs and develop the design solution together. This has led to many repeat commissions and recommendations from our client base. Utilising both traditional drawing methods and computer aided drawing facilities, we create bespoke solutions to projects of all types and scales and are able to offer the following:

• Survey for feasibility studies.

• Works to historical and listed buildings.
